Submission
Short abstract of approximately 200 words and a two-page-maximum extended abstract (template download) with a file size of less than 5 Mb should be submitted on-line before March 31, 2024. The extended abstracts will be collected in a USB memory stick and distributed to every participant of the conference.

Early registration deadline: April 30, 2024
- Please note that the reduced registration fees are only valid if you register AND pay the full registration amount before the respective deadline.
- Please register via the on-line registration.
Cancellations
- Please be noted that BMI-2024 is not authorized to assist with the VISA application process beyond providing the acceptance/invitation letter.
- The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied or the registered author is unable to attend.
- Cancellations before May 31, 2024 will receive full refund minus a 25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations later than June 1, 2024 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail or fax.
